Coaching includes 5 1-1 hour long sessions. These roll out with two of the sessions being front-loaded 'back to back' (within a week of each other) and then you get to decide when you're using the other three but definitely once a month for an in-person or online video check in.
In between that, it's unlimited support via whatsapp or telegram - we both love to have boundaries clear - but also available for when you need and who doesn't love some distance reiki to keep things smooth? You trust that you will be checked in on but you also like to have someone that you can ask for help without feeling like a burden. You love a straight answer that's given with conviction and kindness but you LOVE a good question that helps you find that 'fuck-yes' feeling in your body. This is where you REALLY make moves from.
