Running in your Dreams

In my dreams last night it kept coming up to stop running. When we're running in our dreams, we're either running TO something or FROM something. And that something is in your life already. Your subconscious is trying to get you there.
So if you've been running in your dreams, it's time to be real with yourself and stop waiting to get away or get to the answer.
In my dream, I stopped running and was able to ask myself WHY I was running in the first place.
What I did to find out what I truly desire is ask myself,
“Why don’t I think I can have this? What am I running from?”
I ask myself that about seven times and I come to result that it’s time for me to embody, manifest, make real, my true internal POWER.
Successful = Power.
Wealthy = Power.
Loving = Power.
So today, let’s write at the top of a piece of paper,
“THIS IS WHAT I WANT ________”
And then I want you to write down at least seven times WHY you want it.
See what comes up. Follow those automatic and channelled thoughts and writing to see where it's trying to get you.
And no doubt that now that you’ve said what you want there is this sneaky little voice inside your head perhaps telling you some reasons why you shouldn’t have that, or why you don’t deserve it, or that you haven’t had it before so why should you have it now.
Today’s practice is to take a piece paper and draw a line down the middle. On the left side, write down what your brain is telling you that’s negative, limiting or feels scarce.
Then on the right side, we’re going to counter balance that thought with writing down what we would tell our best friend if they said that to us.
For example, on my left hand side of the paper I wrote, “there’s jsut a part of me that feels like I don’t deserve it. That I didn’t work hard enough for it and that I don’t have the strength to keep it up”
On the right side of the paper I would write, “for everything you have been through, and how you have tried as hard as you can to stay integral, don’t you think it’s time to relax and keep enjoying this good life? Keep working out to keep up your strength - you’re here to show others how it’s done”
The point it to chose a BETTER FEELING THOUGHT and then focus on the right hand side of the list. Argue yourself out of feeling bad about it. It’s your brain trying to keep you safe but we’re here to be safe AND ridiculously happy
